This customer had concerns about the red light on their generator. Rightfully so as this unit would not run in the event of an outage. They had an oil pressure sensor failure along with a loose hose clamp.

We arrived within one hour once it was established the customer wanted after hours/emergency service.
We troubleshot the problem in a timely manner.
We completely cleaned/degreased the generator.
We took the parts needed directly off the shelf of our service vehicle.
We installed the parts as per factory specifications.
We ran and tested the complete generator system and restored the customer's confidence in the generator.

We don't get caught off guard by weather.
We insulated the ground the day the contract was signed to insure it would be thawed for installation.
Today we set the generator with the confidence that it won't shift in the spring. This customer will have back up power by the weekend.

Best to check your generator controller every few days or so until temperatures rise. If you see a red light or alarm, call us. We'll get your system back up and running.
