It's !!! At RISSA, we absolutely LOVE to learn about art and culture and history. 🤩Today, we applaud all of our friends at the Newport Artillery Company (here we are on a visit there last winter!), the Newport Art Museum, the New Bedford Whaling Museum, the Preservation Society of Newport County, historic Trinity Church, and all the other amazing museums and landmarks that have welcomed our curiosity and passion for learning new things and meeting new people. ☺️ Thank you for bringing the past to life - and keeping culture alive - for everyone. See you again soon!!! ❤️

Mission Statement - The Rhode Island Social Skills Academy (RISSA) is a charitable program providing social and educational programs for adults with disabilities who are transitioning to adult life. Our focus is to support individuals with programs that develop the social confidence and skills for successful community living, employment readiness and promoting independence that supports a meaningful adult life.
