There is something EXTRA magical about Walt Disney World during the holidays, and if you have never experienced it, this is your sign to start planning!

EPCOT’s International Festival of the Holidays is one of the many reasons I love this time of year. From November 27 through December 30, 2026, you can explore holiday traditions from around the world, enjoy festive food at the Holiday Kitchens, listen to holiday storytellers, experience the beautiful Candlelight Processional, and discover seasonal entertainment throughout World Showcase. There is SO much to see, taste, and experience!

But the magic doesn’t stop at EPCOT.

All four theme parks get dressed up for the season, with festive entertainment, holiday overlays, sparkling lights, themed treats, and decorations that make every corner feel special. And one of my favorite things? The RESORTS!

Disney resort hotels transform for the holidays, too. Think gorgeous Christmas trees, beautiful garlands, themed decorations, and festive details that make exploring the resorts an experience all on its own. Each resort has its own personality, and seeing how they celebrate the season is a magical experience you won’t want to miss.

Add in the holiday atmosphere at Disney Springs, seasonal snacks, special character experiences, and the chance to create new family traditions, and it’s easy to see why the holiday season is such a special time to visit.

My biggest tip? Don’t plan your entire vacation around the rides alone. Leave time to explore the resorts, take in the decorations, try the seasonal treats, and enjoy all the little details Disney puts into making the holidays magical.

Sometimes multipass isn’t needed. But sometimes it takes some park planning, strategizing and a great understanding of how you may need to navigate the parks without it. Or… sometimes you may get Lucky like me and get all the rides you wanted.

In just ONE MONTH, my family will be checking into our Disney resort, and I could not be more excited! This year is full of firsts for us, and I plan on documenting every minute so I can share the magic with you all!

We have TWO split stays planned, which means two resorts to experience and even more knowledge to bring back to my clients!

One of those resorts is a first for our family: Disney’s BoardWalk Inn! We’re so excited to explore this Deluxe Resort and experience Club Level at the Innkeeper’s Lounge. This will be my SECOND Club Level experience this year, and I can’t wait to show my husband and daughter what makes this experience so special!

But that’s not all! We’ll also be trying some new restaurants, including Narcoossee’s and Boma. Let’s just say our bellies are READY for these dining experiences!

And one of the moments I’m most excited about? My daughter will FINALLY be experiencing Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique for the very first time! As a travel planner, I’m excited to experience it through her eyes while also learning the ins and outs, timing, and details so I can better prepare my clients and help them know exactly what to expect.

Grand Floridian Club Level Theme Park View Review

I had the privilege of staying at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa in a Theme Park View Club Level room, and when I say this stay did not disappoint, I truly mean it.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the concierge staff, immediately escorted to the Royal Palm Club Lounge, and properly welcomed with a grapefruit non-alcoholic beverage.

The lounge was set up for breakfast, which consisted of Mickey waffles, chicken sausage, amazing scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, parfaits, cereals, and so much more. They had a variety of coffee and tea options, from cold brew and iced coffee to lattes and classic drip coffee, along with a selection of creamers and sweeteners.

For snacks, I filled up on this delightful trail mix, although they also offered chips, fruit, and easy grab-and-go goodies to enjoy.

However, dinner time was what I truly looked forward to. The offerings are small, but the way you can build your plate will definitely have you leaving the lounge full and happy. My personal favorites were the salmon with pesto sauce, mac and cheese, and steamed veggies that were cooked to perfection.

The Royal Palm Club Lounge is definitely an elevated experience, providing that top-notch concierge service you may need for a longer trip to Walt Disney World, especially if you have more rest days than park days or if you just want to sprinkle a little extra magic into your trip.

There is always a concierge Cast Member available to help with all your needs, such as last-minute dining reservations, transportation, resort assistance, ticket help, Lightning Lane questions, and really just about anything you may need.

Now, my room was located only a few steps away, and when I say it was THE view of my dreams, I mean it.

Not only was my room absolutely breathtaking, but my balcony view overlooking the Magic Kingdom was a dream come true. Being able to watch the fireworks at night in my pajamas and knowing that once they were over, I wasn’t going to be wobbling my way out of a park, tired and hot? Best experience ever.

This is something I will always recommend to my families who need that extra piece of comfort during their Disney vacation.

Now, the room itself was gorgeous! It provided subtle yet very elegant Mary Poppins theming, with soft blue, cream, pink, and teal color patterns. The beds were a 10/10, and the bathroom was big enough for three people to get ready in.

The room also included a Keurig coffee maker, teas, a beverage cooler, a pull-out couch, and PLENTY of storage space to keep everything neatly organized.

This room made its way to the very top of my list the second I walked in.

Overall, this stay was by far one of my top Disney experiences, and it’s one I’ll be recommending to my clients for sure!

🎃 35 YEARS OF FEAR! 👻

I just got back from Halloween Horror Nights (HHN 35) at Universal, and wow… my heart is still pounding!

Celebrating 35 years of absolute nightmares, this year’s event completely blew me away. Walking through movie-quality haunted houses, dodging scare actors through the fog in the terrifying scare zones, and eating my way through all the insane themed food and drinks, there is truly nothing like it.

Pro-tip from my trip: Get the Express Pass! HHN is insanely popular, and skipping those standard lines was a total game-changer. I got to hit all the houses without feeling rushed, making the whole night 100x better. I HIGHLY recommend it no matter what!
