The captain has the final say in cancelling due to weather, rough seas or mechanical difficulties, but customers will receive a full refund with 24 hours’ notice of cancellation.

We often get asked things like “what if I’ve never parasailed before?”

No problem at all! Most of our guests are first-timers. You’ll take off and land gently from the boat deck, no swimming or experience required. Our expert crew guides you every step of the way and your safety and comfort is always our number one priority.
