Let’s talk about something I think a lot of families don’t realize when it comes to booking vacations! 🌴✈️

You don’t always have to pay for your entire vacation upfront! 💕

I think one of the biggest misconceptions about planning a trip is that you need to have the full amount saved before you can even think about booking.

But that’s actually not the case for many vacations!

Depending on where you’re traveling and how far in advance you’re booking, you can often secure your trip with a deposit and make payments along the way. The remaining balance is typically due closer to your travel dates.

This is one of the reasons I always encourage families to start planning early! Not only does it give you more time to get excited about your trip, but it can also give you more flexibility with your budget. ❤️

Of course, every destination and travel provider has different deposit requirements and payment deadlines, and last-minute bookings may require payment in full.

You don’t have to have thousands of dollars sitting in your bank account today to start planning a vacation for next year! ☀️
