🤢 Motion sickness at Disney World is NO JOKE — and not all rides trigger it for the same reason!

😵‍💫 Avatar Flight of Passage — the huge screen + simulated flying can mess with your senses.

🚀 Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run — simulator movement combined with the screen can be rough.

🌌 Star Tours — another motion simulator where what you see and what your body feels don’t always agree.

🎶 Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind — backwards launch + speed + ride vehicles that rotate to point you toward the action.

🧑‍🚀 Mission: SPACE — Orange — the FINAL BOSS. 😂 The spinning centrifuge creates sustained G-forces, and this one can get even people who normally handle rides pretty well.

Of course, everyone’s triggers are different. Some people can ride all five without a problem, while others feel sick just thinking about them. 😂

No matter how many times I’ve been, it still gets me.

Maybe that’s why we keep going back. Not to escape real life forever… just to step away from it for a little while and remember what it feels like to be completely caught up in the magic. ❤️

I recently ran into this while booking The BOATHOUSE for a client. Disney wasn’t showing the dinner time we needed for their larger party, but I checked OpenTable and was able to grab exactly what we wanted! 🙌

Wait… THIS is a Moderate resort?! 👀😂

Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort seriously blurs the line between Moderate and Deluxe.

✨ The gorgeous Gran Destino Tower
🍽️ Rooftop dining
🌅 Incredible views
🌴 Beautiful grounds
🌊 And the Dig Site pool, complete with a massive Mayan pyramid and waterslide

It has a totally different feel from Disney’s other Moderate resorts — especially once you step inside Gran Destino Tower.

So I need to know… Coronado Springs: Moderate resort with DELUXE energy? 👀 Agree or disagree?! 👇

Please tell me I’m not the only one… 😂

You spend thousands on park tickets and Lightning Lanes, plan the perfect Disney days down to the minute… and then your kids discover Stormalong Bay and suddenly all they want to do is go back to the pool. 😭🌊

But honestly… I get it.

Beach Club shares this incredible 3-acre pool complex with Yacht Club, complete with a sand-bottom pool, lazy river and waterslide. It’s basically a vacation within the vacation. 😂

So Disney parents, I need to know: have your kids ever wanted to ditch your perfectly planned park day for the resort pool? 👇 😂

Moana fans… this might be one Disney resort feature you didn’t know existed! 🌊🌺

At the Polynesian’s Island Tower, you’ll find the zero-entry Cove Pool overlooking Seven Seas Lagoon — but right next door is the real surprise for Moana fans: Moana’s Voyage, an interactive splash area featuring Moana, her canoe and plenty of water-play fun!

It’s such a fun addition for families staying at this iconic Disney resort — especially if you have a little Moana fan in your crew. 🌺

Okay, I KNOW there are some good stories out there… 😂 What completely blew up your Disney plans — and what did you do instead? 👇

Because something WILL change. A ride goes down, the weather turns, Lightning Lanes disappear, wait times spike… or somebody just needs a break. 😂

Have a plan — absolutely. But leave yourself enough flexibility to change it without feeling like the whole day is ruined.

Sometimes Plan B ends up being better than Plan A anyway. ✨

Save this before your next Magic Kingdom day! 📸

Magic Kingdom currently has 7 rides that take your photo — and some of the cameras are MUCH easier to spot than others!

📸 Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin — Your photo is taken during the ride and the new photo experience even includes your game stats.

👻 Haunted Mansion — Early in the ride, during the changing portrait scene. There’s no photo screen afterward, so this one can feel like it magically appears!

🏴‍☠️ Pirates of the Caribbean — Just before the drop. Look to your LEFT near the skeleton steering the ship.

⛏️ Seven Dwarfs Mine Train — There are TWO camera moments on this one! You can also get a short ride video.

🚀 Space Mountain — Shortly after launch, before you head deeper into the darkness.

💦 Tiana’s Bayou Adventure — This one is easy: smile for the BIG drop!

🏍️ TRON Lightcycle / Run — Your photo is captured during the ride, PLUS you can get a ride video.

How do you get the photos?

For automatic linking, Disney says to wear a linked MagicBand/MagicBand+ or carry an eligible phone with the My Disney Experience app signed in and the appropriate Bluetooth permissions enabled. And for TRON specifically, bring your phone onto the Lightcycle and store it in the small vehicle compartment — don’t leave it in the locker!

⚡ BONUS TIP: If you purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass or Premier Pass, digital downloads of select attraction photos and videos from that day are included — no Memory Maker needed for those attraction downloads!

Caribbean Beach is HUGE… so where you end up can make a pretty big difference! 🌴👀

Every section has its fans — whether you prioritize the Skyliner, Old Port Royale, or location around the resort. But Trinidad has a pretty unique advantage: its own leisure pool AND Spyglass Grill, so breakfast, lunch or dinner can be right nearby. 🙌

Add in the refreshed Little Mermaid-themed rooms and walkable access to the Caribbean Beach Skyliner hub, and Trinidad definitely deserves a spot on your request list!
