Is an escorted tour right for you? Personally, I love them, especially the older I get. I don't want to have to stress about logistics. The cool thing is that there are so many styles of escorted tours. You've seen me take groups to Morocco, the Dolomites in Italy for lots of hiking, Spain, and more....those were all escorted tours. Some had a guide the entire time, some part time.

But, just because I love them does not mean you will. Here are some things to think about:

🌍 What's most important to you on this vacation? Seeing as much as possible or having complete flexibility?

🧳 Would you rather spend your time enjoying the destination or figuring out transportation, hotels, and daily logistics?

🧑‍🏫 How important is it to have an expert showing you the highlights and sharing local insights you might miss on your own?

🚨 If there was a delay, cancellation, or unexpected issue during your trip, how important is it to have someone there to help?

🚆 Would you prefer to unpack once or twice and let someone else handle getting you from city to city?

😌 Are you looking for a stress-free experience where most of the planning is already done for you?

Villa Spalletti Trivelli in Rome is so charming! I feel like as I age, choosing a hotel is no longer about "someplace to sleep in". I want to travel and stay in places that exude warmth and charm. I want it to be something unique with personality.

This lovely hotel is that kinda place! 💕

Rome has so many amazing properties, it is hard to decide. But, when we work together, you give me your budget and I find places to recommend to you. Location is important too! This one is walking distance to Trevi Fountain and Palazzo Venetia. Perfect in so many ways!

If you are a woman and have watched, "Eat, Pray, Love", you may envision yourself doing a trip-of-a-lifetime to go somewhere and search for something deeper.

A friend was talking to me the other day about maybe going to India one day to experience something like this. I found this super affordable group adventure for women only in India.

As someone who has been to India, but a very, very small portion of it, I like this because the places it goes are places I did not go and I think they would be something I would enjoy more.

It is 13 days and prices start at only $1670 per person (plus air). That is VERY good price. You will get to know Northern India though the lives of women who live there. You will ride in women only carriages on the metro.

Immerse yourself with women artisans in a desert village, take jeeps into the Thar Desert and enjoy a Kalbeliya dance exclusively for your group. Plus so much more such as visiting a local's home and selecting a saree to wear to the Taj Mahal.

The group will be no bigger than 12 women. The youngest age can be 15y/o. So much is included!!! Not all meals, but many. All transfers and accommodations, overnight sleeper train. Many activities (26).

BUT, is this trip right for you: It involves some long train journeys including one overnight train. Entertaining chaiwalas, food vendors and conversations with local travellers make these unforgettable experiences. Thar Desert camp is very simple, with cots set up under the stars and very basic bathroom facilities.

Hey ladies and gents!

I love planning group trips and already have quite a few planned for 2027.

If you would love to spend some time with your sorority sisters or fraternity brothers, or maybe you belong to an alumni group and have been chatting about traveling together, but never got started-I am here to help you!

There are so many ways to do this but the key is to make it easy for everyone. All inclusive resorts in the Caribbean or Mexico are a great option. Cruises are too-you only have to unpack once but see can a lot of places, plus they have large areas to host a meet up and catch up.

We are not getting any younger so let's gather our friends and families and travel together!

This week I booked a mom, dad, their daughter and son-in-law on a very special anniversary celebration dream cruise 💕 The daughter is from Albuquerque and has worked with me in the past for Mexico. She sent her mom my way and we choose a fantastic itinerary that is a cruise PLUS a land tour pre-cruise.

Their ship, the Nieuw Amsterdam is elegant and timeless traditional decor. They will enjoy delicious food at one of the many dining venues. But, it is all about the pre-cruise tour and ports!

The will begin in Fairbanks then head to Denali. They will love the views as they enjoy a luxury two level glass dome rail car on the Mckinley Explorer for part of their trip.

They set sail from Whittier to Hubbard Glacier, Glacier Bay, Scagway, Juneau, Kethchikan, The inside passage and then depart from Vancouver.

This is an incredible ten night family adventure! Fifty years deserves a big celebration like this.
