🦎🌴 HAPPY NATIONAL IGUANA AWARENESS DAY! 🌴🦎

On our last Royal Caribbean International cruise, we made a very important discovery at Perfect Day at CocoCay...

We met the CUTEST iguana! 🥹🦎💚

Naturally, we considered bringing him home with us. I mean, how could we possibly leave behind such an adorable vacation buddy?!

Unfortunately, there was one tiny problem...

HE WOULDN’T FIT IN OUR SUITCASE. 😂🧳

And apparently, Royal Caribbean has some very specific rules about bringing island wildlife home. So, with heavy hearts, we had to say goodbye and leave our little scaly friend enjoying his island paradise. 🌴☀️

Honestly, we're still not over it.

Maybe next time we'll just bring a bigger suitcase. 😉😂

Can you believe it? The Muppets are celebrating 50 years! 🥳

For five decades, Kermit, Miss Piggy, Fozzie, Gonzo, Animal, Beaker, The Swedish Chef, and the rest of the gang have entertained generations with unforgettable characters, ridiculous adventures, questionable decision-making, and plenty of chaos. 😂🐸

And honestly, we wouldn’t want them any other way!

From movies and television to theme park attractions, The Muppets have become a beloved part of Disney history. ❤️✨

So today we're celebrating:

Today is the one day when being late is basically a celebration… and at Disney, we have a confession:

Sometimes we LIKE arriving at the parks late! 👀🏰

While everyone else is setting alarms for the crack of dawn, we're perfectly happy enjoying a slower morning, grabbing breakfast, and heading to the parks later in the day.

Why?

🌙 EXTENDED EVENING HOURS! ✨

Guests staying at a Disney Deluxe Resort can enjoy Extended Evening Theme Park Hours on select nights, giving them extra time in the parks after regular operating hours. That means more attractions, shorter waits on select experiences, and a whole different atmosphere once the sun goes down. 🎢🌟

But if you're an early bird, Disney has a perk for you too!

🌅 EARLY THEME PARK ENTRY allows guests staying at Disney Resort hotels to enter the parks 30 minutes before the scheduled opening time every day. It's a fantastic way to get a jump on some of your favorite attractions!

We will most likely be late for Early Theme Park Entry, but it's ok because sometimes the best Disney day starts after everyone else has already started theirs! 😂
