For this residence on Ocean Drive in Little Compton, the interior stair detail pairs solid hardwood treads with brushed stainless steel posts and tensioned cable rail. Running open cable lines keeps the visual path light between levels while letting natural light pass straight through the core of the home.

Finished with a matched wood handrail that ties into the treads and custom trim below.

When you update a 1920s mill building, the windows can make or break the entire space.

For this commercial build-out for at 60 Ship Street in Providence, we worked with Horner Millwork to install custom industrial grid windows directly into the original brick masonry. The multi-lite pattern and integrated awning vents match the building's historic manufacturing roots while cutting down street noise and keeping the offices comfortable year-round.

A great example of respecting original architecture without sacrificing modern performance.

Progress continues at Ragged Island Brewing Company as the exterior walls go up on the new 4,900 sq ft timber frame barn. Building alongside South County Post & Beam, our crews are keeping this multi-phase project running on schedule while the taproom stays fully open next door.

For this Little Compton project, an elevated deck addition expanded the home's footprint into the yard while keeping views wide open. Featuring stainless steel horizontal cable railings, crisp composite trim and integrated access stairs that transition naturally from the stone landscape right up to the outdoor entertaining space.
