🏴‍☠️ Pirate Night on your Disney cruise is a blast!! The entire evening is themed around it - from the menu at dinner, the crew’s attire, the guest’s attire, the entertainment and beyond!
💥 Some sailings have fireworks as part of the occasion, but on our Mediterranean cruise fireworks were not allowed. That definitely didn’t put a damper on the evening though, we had a blast!!

One of the things I love most about Disney cruises is the service!! I truly can not rave about it enough - it’s just next level! From the dining room servers to the stateroom host to the cruise director to the bathroom attendants to the excursion guides to the entertainment crew to the lifeguards and every kind of cast member imaginable in between they are top of the line & just make your vacation magical!
I mean where else do they take the time to place random towel animals all over every day just for fun and not only snap a picture for you on your own phone but also start posing you so you get fun pics to share?! 😄

🇮🇹 Back to the trip recap (had to catch up on some things and then it was my daughter’s bday so had a little pause in these posts)! Our last port stop was in Palermo!
More sightseeing, a walk through local markets, super yummy cannoli and they’ve got some beautiful beaches for you to enjoy during your time here!

When in Rome…
Port stop #✌🏻brought me to Rome for the day and let me tell you - It. Was. Incredible!!!
This is just the tiniest taste of all the sites seen!
📍We visited the Vatican museums, Sistine Chapel, Scala Regia (Royal Staircase), Colosseum, Roman Forum, Navona Square, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and MORE!!!

We finished off the 3rd day of our Mediterranean cruise with dinner at Royal Court (the salmon was perfection🤌🏻👨‍🍳). I loved walking through and checking out all of the stunning mosaic murals throughout the restaurant! We topped off the night hanging out in a few of the adult-exclusive areas, testing our 80’s music trivia knowledge and watching the magic show.

There is SO much history in every building, step, and statue throughout Italy! It was very cool to hear the story behin...

There is SO much history in every building, step, and statue throughout Italy! It was very cool to hear the story behind so many things - it really made it come to life. Visiting the tomb of Michelangelo, one of the greatest artists of all time, was surreal! Did you know there are numerous notable figures buried or memorialized in this same basilica (Galileo Galilei is another one)!

💶 Have you ever paid to use a public restroom? Well while in Europe it’s highly possible you’ll do just that.

🚢 Returning to Disney Fantasy and being greeted with a refreshing drink and cold towel was perfect - Disney thinks of everything & truly goes the extra mile to make every trip perfect!!

Our first port stop was Firenze, Italy (Florence) which sits in the heart of Tuscany! The architecture here was incredible. Some of the many sites we saw included the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore (aka Duomo), Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, the Basilica of Santa Croce and more!
