Mountain Lifestyle Opportunity: Property Management Couple, Red River, NM

Escape to the stunning Sangre de Cristo Mountains! Woodlands on the River offers a unique opportunity for a motivated couple to manage our resort property in Red River, NM. Enjoy a fulfilling career while living amidst breathtaking scenery and endless outdoor recreation.

We are looking for a hands-on couple to oversee the daily operations of our 24 condominiums and 7 apartments. This role offers a blend of guest interaction, property maintenance and team leadership.

Responsibilities:
*Manage daily operations of vacation condominiums and apartments
*Provide exceptional guest services and address tenant concerns
*Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff
*Maintain swimming pool, fire pit, fishing pond, and grounds
*Oversee meeting room rentals and maintenance
*Handle all aspects of property upkeep and maintenance
*Utilize problem solving skills to provide solutions for guests and tenants

Qualifications:
*Proven experience in property management, public service or hospitality
*Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Experience with pool and grounds maintenance preferred
*Hands-on experience with computer applications (reservations and accounting systems) and social media. Specific training will be provided
