POV: YOU STAYED AT ROYALTON SPLASH
Punta Cana 🇩🇴
okkkk so, let’s get into a personal review for ROYALTON Splash Punta Cana where I celebrated my 26th birthday. Literally booked it about 2 months before my actually bday ( l always plan by bday last min so don’t come from me I’m working on it ) & there weren’t too many options to choose from. I originally booked with Riu but from the mixed reviews I didn’t want to chance BUGS! Bugs are an immediate NO for me, so I upgraded to the 5 star resort, Royalton. I have never been to an all inclusive, so this was my experience:
1. Property: drop dead gorgeous ❤️& is extremely FCKING CLEAN! 🧼 However I do feel as though the rooms could have had a little more attention. ( minor issues)
2. Stay at 1, Play at 2. Royalton splash is also connected to Royalton Punta Cana which is the beachfront property. You can also wine & dine on that side of the property as well🥂.
3. There’s a trolley that takes you to different destinations which I liked because otherwise it would have been a LOT of walking. It’s super big.
4. STAFF IS FCKING AMAZING! SUPER SUPER FRIENDLY AND the vibe team is LIT!
House keeping was daily & nothing was stolen!
5. FOOD IS TERRIBLE! 😢 Omg, I never been HUNGRY on vacation until then! THEN on top of that they have the audacity to have to RSVP for the restaurants & they were literally ALL BOOKED almost all the time so we had to eat at the buffet on most nights except maybe twice while visiting? Not gonna lie, if you like BLAND you’ll love this resort but l like my food to be seasoned hunnyyy so we ate off of the resort during our excursions & baby that local food is the TRUTH‼️
6. I’m not sure if this was just because the dates we chose to visit but it wasn’t diverse at all. I hated that for us. Super disappointing.
7. Activities: again had more fun
off the resort with locals. They do have some activities but since it’s a family resort & it wasn’t diverse ehhh the activities just weren’t it.
8. DRINKS: 🍹 super strong, REALLY GOOD.
If you’ve ever stayed at this resort, drop your reviews! I want to hear them!
