We normally spend our tours island hopping, snorkeling, and dolphin watching, but every trip is a little different! 🐬🏝️🌅

This one was extra special. We helped pull off a surprise proposal at Shell Key! We dropped the couple off at the island, then went back to pick up the photographer so everything was ready for the big moment. 💍

It turned out absolutely beautiful. Congratulations Karly & Marcus! 🥂❤️

It’s been a busy month on the water! The dolphins have been incredibly active, the boating conditions have been beautiful, and we’ve made countless memories with amazing families. From snorkeling, shelling, and finding shark teeth to discovering giant sand dollars and exploring our local islands, every trip has been a little different. The 2026 season has officially started! ⚓️
We’re off to a busy start this year.

Dolphins have been spotted on every trip, and with the water warming up the manatees have started making their way back into the area as well. It’s shaping up to be a beautiful year on the water.

10 years ago, a 9-year-old dolphin named Baby Face was struck by a boat — likely after getting too close while people were feeding her — leaving her with three deep lacerations near her tail. After the accident, there were serious concerns about whether she’d survive on her own, but NOAA determined it was best for her to remain in her natural habitat.

Over the years, I’ve spotted her numerous times, and her tail healed incredibly well. I hadn’t seen her in about 6–8 months, until yesterday. To my surprise, she was swimming with a brand-new baby! 🐬

It’s an amazing sight to see her thriving and now raising a calf of her own. The little one looks to be around six months old and will stay by her side for the next 2–3 years before venturing off with other young dolphins. The area is absolutely thriving with life right now — we’ve got about 8–10 baby dolphins in the area, all around the same age.
Just thought I’d share my feel-good moment of the week. 💙
