✨ Something NEW has opened at Disney’s Hollywood Studios! 🎬🏰

The Magic of Disney Animation is officially OPEN, and this is so much more than just adding another attraction to the park.

There’s an indoor, Alice in Wonderland-inspired play area, Disney character experiences, a theater showing Once Upon a Studio, and Olaf Draws!, where guests can learn how to draw some favorite Disney characters. 🎨❄️

And here’s a fun little detail for the Disney fans: there are hidden details representing all 65 Disney Animation Studios animated films throughout the experience. 👀

For families with younger kids, I think this could actually change how much time I’d recommend planning at Hollywood Studios. Having an indoor space where kids can play, meet characters, watch a show, and get creative gives families another reason to slow down and spend a little more time here.

One of my favorite things about theme parks?

They are never exactly the same experience twice.

Change the season, and suddenly the soundtrack changes.

The decorations change.

The food changes.

The entertainment changes.

Even the way the parks *feel* can change.

And September is when that transition really starts to happen. Summer starts giving way to fall, seasonal events begin taking center stage, and suddenly a familiar park feels just a little bit different.

That's one of the reasons I love planning theme park vacations around what you want to experience—not simply when you have vacation days available.

Want Halloween? There's a season for that.

Want holiday magic? There's a season for that.

There's a difference between planning early and planning too early.
