Join us May 2nd at the historic and haunted Victoria’s Black Swan Inn to explore the dark side of San Antonio’s largest annual party, Fiesta.

At this event, hosts will share stories of true crime from Fiesta’s 100+ year history, and conduct multiple mini-séance sessions to attempt to find healing and positivity for victims on the other side. Time will be allotted to explore the home, take photos and investigate the property.

Comes with complementary cocktail (and refills) plus a shot to share with the spirits.

**Séance and presentation will be done with care and sensitivity, seeking to honor the spirits and their stories.**

During the tour you will be able to go inside the home, listen to the history of the property as well as its haunted history. Currently, only guests who book tours with us are allowed inside the old mansion.

This is not a spooky post (sorry) … but we wanted to share! “Recycled Reads” is a part of the Austin Public Library system. The Library used book store receives all of Austin Public Library's old material, as well as donations from the public. They sell, and recycle books and other media, with all proceeds benefiting the Austin Public Library. We even found several Spooky titles.

Join us on one of the spookiest days of the year (Friday the 13th) with a flashlight tour and investigation (with two ticket/time options) of the notoriously haunted Yorktown Memorial Hospital. This property has been featured on several TV shows, “Ghost Adventures”, “It Feels Evil,” “Destination Fear,” and many more!

We will give you a full tour of the property, sharing its history and all the paranormal hot spots in the building. You will have access to seasoned paranormal investigators to ask questions or get help. You may bring your own paranormal investigation tools or borrow ours for the night (EMF Detectors, dowsing rods, cat balls, temperature readers). You will also get a reference sheet with all the info you need for investigation. We will provide light snacks and water to guests.

There are TWO ticket options for this event. Each option is scheduled for a different time in the night (8pm-11pm or 11:30pm-4am). Both options will include a tour, access to tools and time for investigation. The 11:30pm-4am option will include a candlelit electronic séance during the 3am “witching hour”.

About the hospital:
Yorktown Memorial Hospital in Texas was built in 1951 and was run by the Felician Sisters of The Roman Catholic Church. It closed its doors as a hospital in 1986, when it became a drug rehab facility until its total decommission in 1992. It's been abandoned for 27 years. Join us as we explore the history of an old Masonic lodge in the heart of the King William Historic District in San Antonio, Texas. The lodge was once a private residence, doctors office, and funeral viewing parlor. Explore the lodge and its history with two experienced paranormal investigators. A short walking tour of the King William neighborhood is also included.

This location features a large array of curiosities and dolls. Many in the collection are believed to be haunted.

Recently Telemundo declared this little spot off of Hildebrand in central San Antonio to be one of the most haunted locations in the city.

Tour the space with us as we share history and paranormal happenings. We will conclude the evening with an electronic séance (with guest participation) in the attic which is now a life-sized doll house featuring hundreds of porcelain dolls.

The real Annabelle doll is coming to our Psychic & Spirit Fest, hosted on May 17, 2025 at Victoria’s Black Swan Inn right here in San Antonio, TX!
This year’s event will feature guest speakers, gallery readings, demonologists, psychics, mediums and more!
We are also bringing the acclaimed Warrens’ Occult Museum back to San Antonio, showcasing the most notorious paranormally-active object in the world. Last year we had several attendees voice that they wanted to see the legendary Annabelle come to San Antonio.
Annabelle, along with two other haunted objects, will travel to San Antonio from The Warrens’ Occult Museum.
The museum’s traveling display will be inside Victoria’s Black Swan Inn during the festival on Saturday. Guides from NESPR (New England Society of Psychic Research) will share into about Ed and Lorraine Warren’s collection of haunted artifacts while guests tour the collection.

About the Warrens’ Occult Museum:
Ed & Lorraine Warren were acclaimed paranormal investigators and authors associated with many prominent cases of hauntings. Throughout the Warrens’ investigative career, Ed & Lorraine collected various artifacts and relics that were attached to some form of demonic presence and hauntings. Those items are housed in the museum that they founded at their home in Monroe, CT in 1952. Today, Tony Spera, who worked with Ed & Lorraine for nearly 40 years, is head curator of the Warren Occult Museum. Tony is still actively investigating demonic activity, and is co-director of NESPR along with his wife, Judy Spera, the Warren’s daughter. Stories of ghost hauntings popularized by the Warrens have been adapted as or have indirectly inspired dozens of films, television series, and documentaries.

Father Bob Bailey, also known as The Paranormal Padre, is a native Rhode Island where he is a retired Roman Catholic priest and pastor. His friendship with Ryan Buell of the Paranormal Research Society (PRS) and his work on various Paranormal State episodes has given him both experience and exposure along with credibility in the paranormal field. Besides having been a guest on Paranormal State episodes, Fr. Bob also worked closely with Lorraine Warren and Ryan Buell (as a spiritual advisor to PRS).
