Due to the extreme heat watch beginning Tuesday, we have made our afternoon tours on 8/25-27 unavailable for booking. All our tours have sections in direct sun, and while we try to minimize our time in them, they are unavoidable. Safety is our number one priority.

Our morning tours will continue to run, pending any updates from the National Weather Service.

If you join us for a morning tour, please bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and most importantly — water!

The League of Wives Memorial is a hidden gem in Coronado, commemorating the work of Sybil Stockdale and other military spouses who fought for the humane treatment and release of their husbands held prisoner during the Vietnam War. It never fails to bring a moment of reflection and a reminder of what it truly means to live in a military town.
