👒 A heartfelt thank you to Caitlin Sheldon, librarian and historical costumer, for her fascinating presentation on the fashion and dress of Revolutionary War-era women "Dressing the Revolutionary Lady" at our June Brown Bag Lunch Lecture Series held this afternoon at the Saratoga Springs Public Library.

Caitlin brought history to life through an engaging demonstration of the clothing, styles, and customs of the period, offering attendees a unique glimpse into what fashionable women would have worn during the Revolutionary War era. From layers and fabrics to accessories, her presentation highlighted the rich details behind 18th-century fashion.

Her knowledge, attention to detail, and passion for history made for an enjoyable and educational experience for all who attended.

Thank you, Caitlin, for sharing your expertise and helping us step back in time for an afternoon of living history!

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who joined us, both in person and online. Your enthusiasm and participation help make these programs such a success, and we appreciate your continued support of local history.

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to our wonderful partners at the Saratoga Springs Public Library for their continued collaboration and support in serving our community and visitors.

As summer begins, our Brown Bag Lunch Lecture Series is taking a seasonal break.
