The purpose of this Page is to serve as a mechanism for communication between the Savannah, Tennessee Main Street Department (Savannah Main Street) and its citizens/customers and all postings are subject to review and deletion by Savannah Main Street, to the extent permitted by law. User images may be captured and included on the Page. This Page is considered a “limited forum” that exists where Savannah Main Street makes its property generally available. Savannah Main Street may regulate private commentary unrelated to its content through reasonable time, place and manner restrictions. c. Contains personal information about another person or violates a person’s privacy;
d. Solicitations of commerce or advertisements;
f. Encouragement of illegal conduct, incitement of violence, or harassment;
g. Links to third party sites and platforms; or
h. Content that violates a legal ownership interest of any other party
i. Spam defined as repeatedly posting the same or similar comment in a way that objectively interferes with the public dialog.
