So today I take Pete Tanner and Riley fishing and Tanner is the one with the lucky rod today . He caught his PB twice ! First a 7 pounder and then later in the day an 8.66 ! Not to shabby of a day I’d say . Today’s fishing trip was all about family spending time together on the water and I was blessed to be part of it ! Dad said he wanted it to be all about his son so I gave it my best shot ! Son Kevin caught his PB at 7 lbs and had 2 other very respectable fish break his line . All in all it was a great day ! Tangie and I fished the refuse to sink tournament yesterday and had a great time . We had a little over 15 pounds not enough for a check but respectable . it was good to b out on the water see all the gators and birds . Istokapoga lake is a beautiful place . We caught our fish on the Bruiser Baits big stick and the blue gill rig with a crazy craw for a trailer using our awesome Reaper Rods from Lake Placid Marine
