Sailed a couple charters 8-2-26 that were in some pretty big water. The wind developed from the North and blew up the the lake off shore to 30 plus knots (close to gale conditions in some areas). Along South Haven shoreline the wind was lighter out to ~ 5 miles offshore, but the waves rolled in! The water turned over and cooled off considerably. This caused a fog right along the shoreline out to about a mile. Fresh Coast Sailing got These pictures of me in the fog and waves as we passed each other. Letsgoforasail.com
