Tampa CRA

Phase 2 of the Historic 7th Avenue Bricking Project is scheduled to begin on Monday, April 13, 2026, starting at 7:00 A.M. The project will take place on East 7th Avenue between 17th and 19th Streets.

During the project, East 7th Avenue between North 17th and 18th Streets and between North 18th and 19th Streets will be closed to vehicular traffic and no on-street parking in this segment will be available until the street is reopened.

The intersections will be open during this time. Sidewalks on the north and south sides of the street will be open, with business signage at each corner to help direct traffic to businesses in these blocks.
