MSC will be going all the other cruise lines already in Galveston November 9th. The Seascape holds the same number of passengers as the Carnival Jubilee and the Royal Caribbean Harmony of the Seas.
MSC is a European based cruise line that’s privately owned by one family, the Apontes.
