Middleton continues to grow, and there are a LOT of exciting updates since my last community tour! In this video, I'm taking you through everything that's new—from newly opened restaurants and shops to the businesses that have officially been announced, new construction phases, entertainment, future recreation plans, and all the latest rumors (with a healthy dose of skepticism 😉).
As one of the original Middleton residents, I've had the opportunity to watch this community grow from the very beginning, and it's been incredible to see how much progress has been made over the last three years.

I am looking to partner directly with owners of short-term rental homes in The Villages who advertise their properties on platforms such as Rent From A Villager, Airbnb, VRBO, or through their own direct booking websites.

I am seeking approximately 10–15 rental properties located throughout different areas of The Villages that offer fair rates. All featured rentals must be fully furnished and include the use of a golf cart and access to a temporary renter ID card. I would also like to include several pet-friendly options.

These properties will be featured on www.VisitTheVillagesFL.net through both an interactive map search and a dedicated rentals page. Visitors will be able to view the property information and book directly through your existing booking platform or website.

*there is a low annual advertising cost to be paid for having your home listed on the website. The rental tab on the page is not live yet while we are growing the page.

As we get ready for another school year, let’s show up for one of our own! ❤️🍎

A local teacher right here in the Middleton area is getting her classroom ready for her students at a Sumter County elementary school, and she has put together an Amazon Wish List with supplies that will help make a difference this year.
