If you’re planning to stay at a Value Resort, location matters.

Disney’s Pop Century and Disney’s Art of Animation are the two Value Resorts connected to the Disney Skyliner, and that transportation alone can add a ton of value to your stay. (Why I’d choose Pop Century over Art of Animation is a conversation for another day. 😉)

One of my favorite Skyliner perks? Easy access to the dining options at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort and Disney’s Riviera Resort.

If you’re using the Disney Dining Plan, why limit yourself to the quick-service location at your own resort when you can hop on the Skyliner and enjoy more elevated dining options just minutes away? Better menus, beautiful resort atmospheres, and no extra transportation hassle.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: the music in Animal Kingdom is one of the most underrated parts of Walt Disney World.

This park isn’t meant to be rushed. Slow down. Grab a drink. Find a shady spot. Stop when you hear live music. Take in the details. Be present for a few minutes instead of running from attraction to attraction.

Animal Kingdom is one of the most immersive parks Disney has ever created, and some of my favorite memories here have come from the moments that weren’t on a ride at all.

I’m still reeling from my most recent stay at Disney’s Port Orleans French Quarter. 🤍

This has long been one of my favorite Moderate Resorts at Walt Disney World, but this stay was made even sweeter by the happy surprise of a corner room. Two windows, incredible views, and the feeling of being completely immersed in the charm of New Orleans’ French Quarter.

People often think Disney vacations are go-go-go from rope drop to fireworks, but moments like this are exactly why I always tell my clients that the resort matters, too.

The parks are only part of the story. Slowing down with a morning coffee, taking in the views, strolling the beautiful grounds, and soaking up the atmosphere can be just as magical as any attraction.

And if you ask me, that’s what makes Port Orleans French Quarter so special. ✨

I'm so excited for this family to experience Universal Orlando Resort during the most magical time of year. Between the holiday festivities, seasonal entertainment, and all the Christmas decor throughout the parks, they're in for such a fun trip.

And for these Harry Potter-loving kiddos? Getting to step into the Wizarding World during the holidays is going to be pure magic. ⚡️🎄

This one has been on my Disney bucket list for a while, not because I’m the world’s biggest fan of German food, but because I couldn’t wait to experience the atmosphere inside Biergarten Restaurant at EPCOT’s Germany Pavilion.

And wow... it did not disappoint.

The entire restaurant is designed to feel like you’re dining in a charming Bavarian village at night, complete with twinkling lights, communal seating, and live stage performances throughout your meal.

Biergarten is an all-you-care-to-enjoy buffet currently priced at $49 per adult and $28 per child, featuring German favorites like schnitzel, roasted chicken, traditional sausages, spaetzle, sauerkraut, seasonal salads, and apple strudel.

The food was good, but the atmosphere completely stole the show. Dining in a Bavarian village under the stars while a live band performs on stage made this feel like so much more than just another restaurant reservation. It was an experience all by itself and easily the highlight of the meal for me.

This is exactly why I try to experience as much as possible firsthand. I want to be able to give my clients recommendations based on real experiences, not just what I’ve read online.

They’ll be staying in one of the amazing family suites and exploring all seven immersive lands: Shrek’s Swamp, Puss in Boots Del Mar, Minions vs. Minions: Bello Bay Club, Jurassic World Adventure Camp, TrollsFest, SpongeBob SquarePants Bikini Bottom, and the Isle of Curiosity. Disney has revealed a new piece of the story behind the upcoming Monstropolis land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and it all centers around H.U.M.A.N. Day, short for Humans Understand Monsters Are Nice.

According to the fictional Monstropolis Horn newspaper, the city has made the historic decision to welcome humans into Monstropolis for the very first time. The celebration marks the next chapter in the world of Monsters, Inc., following the discovery that laughter is far more powerful than screams.

As construction continues behind the walls at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, more details are emerging about what guests can expect when Monstropolis opens, including iconic locations like Harryhausen’s, the Glob Theater, and a city powered by laughter instead of fear.

Story Book Dining at Artist Point might just be one of the most underrated character dining experiences at Walt Disney World. 👑✨

Not only do you get to enjoy a delicious prix-fixe meal complete with shared appetizers, your choice of entrée, and a dessert sampler for the table, but you’ll also meet Snow White, D***y, Grumpy, and, of course, the Evil Queen herself.

I loved that this experience felt a little more unique than your typical character meal. The atmosphere is beautiful, the character interactions are fantastic, and that one-on-one meeting with the Evil Queen at the end is such a fun touch, especially for Disney villains fans!
