Applications are OPEN for our 2027 Retail Residency Program!

Are you a local business looking for a space to showcase and sell your products in Downtown Tyler?

Our Retail Residency Program gives selected vendors a dedicated retail space inside the Visit Tyler Visitor Center & Gift Shop at 110 N. College Ave. for a three-month residency.

📅 2027 Residency Dates:
• January 11 – April 11
• April 19 – July 19
• July 27 – October 27
• November 3, 2027 – February 3, 2028

Each residency is designed to give local businesses the opportunity to get their products in front of visitors, locals, and people exploring Downtown Tyler — without committing to a permanent storefront.

If you’ve been looking for a way to test your products in a retail setting, grow your customer base, or simply get your brand in front of more people, this could be a great fit!
