A milestone morning for Downtown Tyler,. ✨

Today, the City of Tyler, Texas celebrated the completion of North College Avenue and West Erwin Street as Mayor Don Warren drove the newly finished streets for the very first time ahead of opening to two-way traffic on Monday, June 1.

John O’Sullivan was also honored with the “Milestone Downtowner” award — recognizing his lifelong dedication and impact on downtown Tyler. A well-deserved tribute to someone who has helped shape the heart of our city. 🧱

Come explore the world of pollinators with local experts including a certified arborist, Master Gardeners, Master Naturalists, and an “Ask a Beekeeper” booth where you can get all your bee questions answered and check out our observation hive up close.

Enjoy face painting, local artisan vendors, tasty food trucks, Kona Ice, and family-friendly activities throughout the day at the Goodman-LeGrand Museum!

Friday, 5/29 • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday, 5/30 • 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Sunday, 5/31 • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Please note that we will be closed from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM on Saturday for a private event. We kindly ask that you plan your visit accordingly.

We’re excited to announce that the We Are REMAX Skydiving Team will be back for Rose City Airfest 2026!

Watch as they descend from thousands of feet above, flying precision formations under canopy before landing right in front of the crowd. It’s a unique blend of skill, timing, and showmanship that brings a different kind of excitement to the weekend. Keep an eye out as they walk through the crowds high-fiving and signing autographs.
