Stan Stephens Glacier & Wildlife Cruises has called Valdez and Prince William Sound home since 1971. Stan, Mary Helen and the Stephens daughters worked together to first host guests interested in sport fishing and today they welcome travelers who want to explore the calm waters of the Sound to discover amazing glaciers and wildlife. Today, even though our co-worker base extends past our immediate family, we strive to keep the atmosphere at our office and on the boats relaxed, welcoming, entertaining and professional. With the support family friends and the residents of Valdez we have been able to achieve this by having an all local and Alaskan staff who are excited to welcome travelers to their home and to share with them what life is truly like living in coastal Alaska.
