If you are temporarily stranded in Jamaica, ordinarily, your first point of contact needs to be the US Embassy in Jamaica IMMEDIATELY.
They are closed right now. Try calling at 9am.

The US can send a plane to Jamaica to pick up its citizens AT NO CHARGE TO YOU, as soon as an airport’s runway etc is accessible, safe. But, the embassy will have to arrange this and they’ll first need a head count.
