We’re opening the doors to the historic 1902 Chautauqua Auditorium for TWO guided paranormal investigations (Friday, Sept. 25th and Friday, Oct.23rd). From footsteps, voices, shadow figures to full‑on movement, this place has a reputation for delivering the unexpected, and if you’ve ever joined us here, you know the activity is always strong.

A few pics from last night's paranormal investigation for the haunted Dr. Pepper Museum in Waco, Texas. We loved the buildings and exhibits even though most were seen in the dark with a flashlight. We had a short Polterpod session on the 3rd floor and may have communicated with the child that is said to haunt the museum. I will post that later if Andy captured it on video.
Dr Pepper is a native of Waco, Texas, and the oldest major soft drink in America. It was created by Dr. Charles Alderton at the Old Corner Drug Store in 1885, predating Coca-Cola by one year. From “Vim, Vigor, and Vitality,” “Drink a Bite to Eat at 10, 2 and 4,” “I’m a Pepper” to “Just What the Doctor Ordered". The Dr Pepper Museum includes the original 1906 bottling plant, the historic Kellum-Rotan building, a courtyard that connects the two buildings, and two dedicated parking lots. The Kellum-Rotan building was built in the 1880s, making it one of the oldest buildings remaining in downtown Waco (courtesy of Dr. Pepper Museum website).

Second we have a retro themed 8-bit arcade maze where undead villains lurk around every corner. Can you survive or will you become the next high score?

Finally, we have also partnered with the Chautauqua Theater to bring you a one-of-a-kind Halloween experience. 🎥🎞️Come enjoy an immersive experience and watch some of your favorite Halloween movies with an interactive shadow cast of spooky and cooky characters.

The Pride House was one of our favorite places to investigate in Jefferson, Texas. The last time we investigated it was in 2011 or 2012 on the anniversary of Jenny Brown's death. She was the young 15 year old who received terrible burns when her dress caught on fire by accident. She lingered for a few days but then tragically passed from her injuries. We had our dog Bleu with us and he growled at the bathroom door all night (he never growled much so it was interesting to see him do this). Lots of activity in the house for sure. My fellow investigators Ian Powell & Erin Hollingsworth Powell got married at the Pride House. This "My Ghost Story" features History Haunts and Legends Paranormal Conference organizer and friend Jodi Breckenridge.
