Called ‘Highland Lodge’, it is located in Watch Hill, a neighborhood in Westerly which is known for its expensive real estate. Originally built in 1900, Cowherd bought the home in August 2023, which was move-in ready when he bought it. While she is not jetting across the US for her concerts, her home, called 'High Watch' is where she does her RnR. Photos of the inside of the home are rare, but the ones that are public show pink sofas and classic wicker chairs all throughout the home. Jay Leno’s Gift To His Lovely Wife Mavis Was This Newport,RI Castle That He Bought Immediately After Seeing It!😲🏰.Photos in Comments. When Jay and Mavis were cruising through Ocean Drive, Newport in 2017, Mavis spotted this lavish mansion, called Seafair. She said-"Look at that house. That's unbelievable. That's the greatest house I've ever seen". Jay Leno heard this and decided to actually go into the home and then he asked for the owner. When he caught hold of the owner , he asked him, "Would you sell it as is, with all the furniture in it, and just, you know, salt in the salt shaker, and this ketchup in the refrigerator? That’s all I need.” You really couldn’t say no to Jay Leno, so the owner actually accepted his offer, and Jay Leno bought the house then and there right after agreeing on a price.
