💰 How it works: Secure your week now with an advance tentative reservation — just a $500 deposit holds your dates (this counts toward your total rental cost, not an extra fee). Once your rate is confirmed and the reservation is approved by the owner (by January 15th), you'll receive a confirmation email and your first half payment will be requested, with the $500 applied toward it. The remaining balance is then requested 60 days before check-in. Plans change before January 15th? We'll refund $400 of your $500 deposit — no questions asked.
