We are the largest southern Rhode Island chamber of commerce of the 7 that exist. We have a beautiful, state of the art welcome center on Route 1 in Westerly that services the needs of our two-state region. Our organization is

the leading business organization in the area, and we produce numerous large scale community events. Economic development, tourism marketing and special event production are three major areas of focus. Our top priority is your bottom line so we constantly develop programs that make our members money or save them money. Dues is an investment and we are committed to providing a significant return on that investment. Business advocacy, networking, educational programs, marketing assistance, and managing the largest chamber gift certificate program in all of New England, generating over $265,000 annually for our members are just some of the benefits we provide our members.

Tomorrow night, Salt Marsh Opera presents a second performance at the beautiful lighthouse grounds in Stonington Borough, CT

Join us for Music at the Lighthouse featuring soprano Emily Margevich and tenor John Pickle, accompanied by Simon Holt on piano, in A Tosca Portrait—a captivating program featuring four excerpts from Puccini’s Tosca, arranged for soprano, tenor, piano, and string quartet. Our string quartet will feature Rachael Virgin, Lisa Gray, Alison Holt and Christine Harrington.

Make a day of it in Stonington Borough on September 12!🎨🎶

The annual Stonington Borough, CT Art Walk takes over Water Street with artists of all mediums, and this year, Porchfest is joining the fun! Enjoy live music throughout the day at different locations around the Borough while exploring the work of local artists. Produced by La Grua Center Stonington Borough, CT Merchants Association, Stonington Village Improvement Association - SVIA Salt Marsh Opera and the .

While you’re here, explore the Ocean Community Chamber of Commerce’s Denizens of the Deep art exhibit featuring hand-painted whales, mermaids, sharks and lobsters located in Stonington, Westerly and Mystic. The exhibit closes September 13, and you can even bid to take home a piece at 32auctions.com/denizens.

Tamarack Lodge - Weddings, Events, Glamping ride for hope!

The Tamarack Ride for Hope will now be taking place on September 13th, with registration taking place at 9 AM at Voluntown Town Hall, located at 115 Main Street in Voluntown, CT.

The ride will begin with kickstands up at 11 AM, and ending at Tamarack Lodge. Riders will receive a complimentary ticket to our Classic Rock Festival that starts at 1 PM that afternoon.

Proceeds for this event will go to Bags of Hope Connecticut, a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting children in foster care.
