Carnival Liberty

Welcome to the Group Cruise Experience!
Thank you for choosing to travel with Geaux Sea Do Travel Adventures. We’re excited to have you join our upcoming group cruise aboard the Carnival Liberty, sailing June 28 – July 5, 2026, from the Port of New Orleans. This special sailing is hosted in partnership with St. Christopher’s Knights of Columbus Council #4508, and we’re thrilled to combine the joy of travel with the spirit of community, brotherhood and reflection. It is important to mention families, friends, and brother Knights from around the area, state or even abroad are welcome.
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants, please review the following Terms & Conditions carefully. These guidelines include important information regarding policies from Carnival Cruise Lines referred to as (CCL), as well as those from Geaux Sea Do Travel Adventures referred to as (us) and St. Christopher’s Knights of Columbus #4508 referred to as (you).
All Passengers:
Booking and Payment: - A deposit is required at the time of booking, This Deposit is required before January 1, 2026, with the balance due by March 1, 2026 (usually 60–90 days before departure).
- Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
Travel Documentation:
- Guests are responsible for ensuring they have the required travel documents, such as passports and/or visas, for all destinations on the itinerary.
Onboard Conduct:
- Carnival reserves the right to remove guests from the ship for disruptive behavior or failure to comply with onboard policies under Carnival Terms & Conditions. https://www.carnival.com/abo.../legal-notice/ticket-contract
Liability:
- Carnival’s liability for lost or damaged luggage, personal injury, or other claims is limited under its terms and conditions.
Force Majeure:
- Carnival may cancel or modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, natural disasters, or government regulations.
Cancelation Policy
Cancellation penalties are based on the number of days before departure. Typically, the closer to the sailing date, the higher the penalty.
1. Full refunds are usually available if cancellations are made well in advance (e.g., 90+ days before sailing).
2. Non-Refundable Fares:
These fares may not allow for refunds, but you might receive a future cruise credit instead.
Cancellation penalties will occur if these dates are not met:
January 1, 2026, $250.00/person
March 1, 2026, Full Payment.
Mass ashore once confirmed, our priest will arrange for the group to celebrate Mass at a local church in a select port of call of choice. Private onboard space
If we reach the qualifier of 50 booked cabins, CCL will reserve a private room where we can gather for Mass, pray the Rosary, or hold any other service the spiritual leaders feel is appropriate.
CCL provided a host of activities such as a BBQ at Pig and Anchor, Karaoke nights, Comedy night. We will attempt to provide customized activities with the group to encourage community and brotherhood. There will also be times for rest, reflection and relaxation.
We’re excited to share this journey with you. Whether you choose to join in prayer, fellowship, or simply enjoy the cruise at your own pace, all are welcome. We pray this experience brings both relaxation and renewal, body, mind, and spirit.
