⚠️ IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR TRAVELERS ARRIVING AT TAN SON NHAT AIRPORT (SGN)
Starting April 15, 2026, most foreign travelers must complete a mandatory Digital Pre-Arrival Form (QR code) before passing immigration.
📋 Submission Guidelines
Passengers are required to complete the declaration via the official portal:

Procedure:
1. Access the system
Select “Create & Submit Pre-arrival Information”, enter CAPTCHA, and choose nationality.
2. Personal Information
o Full name (in CAPITAL LETTERS, no accents)
o Date of birth, nationality, gender
o Contact details (phone number & email)
o Expected arrival date
3. Upload Passport Image
Upload the bio page for automatic data recognition.
4. Passport Details
o Passport number
o Date of issue & expiry
5. Visa Information
o Select visa type (tourism, business, visit, etc.)
o If visa-exempt: enter “0” or “N/A”
o Visa holders: input visa number and validity as per e-visa
o Visa exemption:
Issue date = flight date
Expiry date = intended departure date
Place of issue: “Visa exemption”
6. Travel Information
o Flight number
o Arrival airport (Tan Son Nhat – SGN)
o Accommodation address in Vietnam
7. Review & Submit
Confirm all information is accurate before submission.
8. Save Application Code
Retain the code for tracking or updating information if required.
