Hội An by night along the Thu Bồn River is a magical experience. The ancient town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, transforms into a glowing wonderland of lanterns, reflecting beautifully on the water.
As the sun sets, the lantern-lit streets and riverbanks come alive with activity. You’ll see locals and tourists releasing small paper lanterns (hoa đăng) onto the river, making wishes as they float downstream.
