Whenever I find these old vehicles used as features I think of the excitement of the family who drove it off the showroom floor. The kids begging their father to take them for a drive. The family getting dressed up to head to church in their shiny new automobile. The stories it could tell.

The Kalahari Scrub Robin (Cercotrichas paena) is a medium-sized bird with a brownish back and pale, unstreaked underparts, found in arid and semi-arid regions of Southern Africa. They are typically seen in thorn-savannas, foraging for insects and spiders on the ground. These birds are monogamous and territorial, with males defending the nesting site.
