This tour is not suitable for children under 12 years. We believe weather really adds to the atmosphere of a tour. If there is rain, please bring an umbrella and or raincoat, and enjoy the tour. Tours will only be cancelled if conditions become dangerous – you will be notified in these circumstances close to the tour time. In the event of cancellation, you will be offered another date or refund. You may cancel 24 hours in advance of the start of the tour for a full refund (minus booking fee). If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour’s start time, the amount paid will not be refunded.
