Yesterday was a privilege — a chance to meet with ATIA (Australian Travel Industry Association) leaders and reconnect with some incredibly knowledgeable industry colleagues (plus a few familiar faces from the Ansett days… always fun 😉).

We covered everything from global travel trends to industry challenges, and one message stood out loud and clear: always book with an ATIA‑accredited travel agent.

Take the recent AGV collapse. A quick accreditation check would’ve shown their ATIA status was cancelled in 2022 for not meeting industry standards. One tiny check, huge difference.

We’re excited to share that from 1 July, we will be relocating our store from Kingsway City Shopping Centre to Westfield Whitford City.

While our new store is currently under construction, we want to reassure you that we’re still very much available and here to help with all your travel plans during this transition period.
