Behind The Scenes // Last Monday was all about buggy training, getting out on the tracks and going over our driving techniques to keep improving the experience we give our customers, while looking after our tracks and buggies along the way.

There are always things to improve and little things to tweak, and these sessions give us the time to do exactly that, while coaching, learning and supporting each other.

This time, we got Kim, who doesn’t guide but is our amazing Customer Service Officer, away from the office and computer and into a buggy for the first time to try going down the dune drops!

In the video, Kim takes on a dune drop, coached by Lead Guide Adam. It was a great opportunity for Adam to work on his coaching techniques, while Kim developed her driving skills and got a better understanding of what our guides do out in the field.

It’ll be great to look back on this and compare it to next year!

We’re open 9am–5pm this Saturday!

We have Buggy Tours, E-Bike Tours and Koala Walking Tours running throughout the day, with some spots still available.

There are plenty of sandboards and toboggans available for hire, and we have a range of tour options available on Sunday.
