As 2025 draws to a close, we’re raising a quiet bush toast to the year that’s been — the breathtaking sightings, the campfire stories, the friendships formed under star-filled skies. "The campsites were isolated and beautiful, and run by a team of supporters that made camp life run well and delightful!
Our cook produced extraordinary meals on open fires and coals; the days started and ended with delightful campfires. All the little details were attended to and the staff tried to accommodate every request.
The food was an unexpected highlight. The tents and beds were comfortable and spacious"

"Benjamin was amazing at spotting game, and sensitive about approaching the animals and positioning our vehicle perfectly. As a birder I was also delighted that he really knew his birds! All this, and he was just a delightful human being! "

Ian Cook travelled with us in September and has since sent us some incredible images of some rare sightings. Starting with this African Wild Cat, lioness up a tree and a casual Leopard.

"The wildlife viewing was better than anything I could have expected; huge amount of game in natural settings, behaving naturally, and seemingly completely undisturbed by our vehicle. The marvellous viewing was made possible by our incredible guide Benjamin"

Out of all the images sent by Duncan and Deborah Armour, this is perhaps a favorite. A beautiful capture of these cubs taking a drink at a waterhole. A rare sighting. Moments like this remind us why the bush is so special.
