We’ve just passed the midpoint of peak safari season and while there’s still much to look forward to, we’re also looking back on all the beautiful moments we’ve shared with you.

Just like this tender moment with a leopard who had a thorn in her paw.

Shaka seems to have a knack for finding them too.

Even the hyenas want in on Letaka Safaris.

We found a den and soon we were surrounded by a small clan of hyenas. Being the inquisitive creatures they are, they began investigating us and our Land Cruiser.

A moment of appreciation for our talented chefs - keeping us nourished throughout our safaris with high quality and delicious food.

The creativity is astounding, with new meals every lunch and dinner, tasty cakes served every day - the culinary journey is just as exciting as the safari!

To think that all the food is made on a fire is something quite incredible in itself.
