Join us for this 3-hour trauma related first aid course. This course was developed for riders exposed to adverse environments who may need to apply lifesaving measures on themselves or each other until they are able to be transferred to advanced care. Participants will be provided with their own molle first aid kit consisting of (tourniquet, hemostatic packing gauze, ABD wound absorbent pads, scissors, chest seal, and pressure bandage).

Note: The content provided in this program will be essential to utilize in life threatening emergencies to help intervene and save yourself, friends, and/or family. This course cannot be utilized as sufficient to replace any first aid training required for use on the public or in the workplace. This course was created for application to your adventure lifestyle.

Registration is non-refundable or transferable. Participants will receive a full refund if the event is cancelled due to low registration.

⛑️ Certified Red Cross Instructor for Emergency First Aid, CPR A,B,C and BLS

***Fight Back for Women***

When: THIS Friday, January 23, 2026, 6-9pm
Where: Saanich Commonwealth Place
Who: Ages 18+, 14+ if registering with an adult

What: Delivered for 20+ years, we have adapted this program to address the changes in our society, communities, and culture. We provide participants with personal awareness strategies that help reduce the risks of becoming a victim of sudden violence, street crime, and/or a real-world physical encounter. This program minimizes personal risk, builds confidence, and provides realistic skills and strategies to safely manage almost all street crimes and unpredictable violence. Our methods are based on what works in the real world; simple, easy, usable, retainable under stress, and can be adapted to all age, size, and abilities.

***Every Ornament Tells A Story***

Anyone who rides with me knows that I buy a hat on any destination ride. I’ve developed quite the collection. In April I went to Belize and brought back a pretty wicked hot pink hat that I wore on almost every ride through to the summer. It was dirty and bent and… beautiful- a reflection of some of the amazing adventures I took. I was heartbroken when my beautiful hat took an adventure of its own when it flew off my bike somewhere on the Malahat. You may remember a post I made offering a reward to anyone who found it.

Today I was gifted the same hat, a new version of course. My new hat stands for something far greater than an adventure but instead a friendship.

Sara, I don’t know how you did it… but I am forever grateful for this amazing gesture and to you for stumbling into my world this year. Thanks sister! Your kind gesture means more to me than you’ll ever know.

***Tourist in Your Own Home Town***

Whenever I ask my other half what he wants for Christmas, birthday, anniversary he always replies with… “your time”. Our lives are chaos and rarely do we get us time. Instead of exchanging, we often do adventures or experiences. This mini trip was a 2 night staycation in our own home town. We had an absolute lovely time maxing and relaxing and seeing the city from a different lens.
