We always appreciate every review our guests leave on Booking.com, Airbnb, and other platforms… but what nobody else gets to see are the lovely little notes left inside Wonderland itself ❤️

Every word is read, remembered, and treasured more than you know. Sometimes they make us laugh, sometimes they make us emotional, but they always remind us why we created this house.

One of my absolute favourite notes was from a little girl who wrote:

“I loved the house a lot, with all the hiding places and reading corners and lots of pillows. The only thing I didn’t like was that at night it was too dark… and when my little brother was trying to drown me in the hot tub.”

Oh darling… I understand you very well, I have a few little siblings too 😂✨

Whenever we can, we love escaping to Wonderland with our family. This time, I was there with my little son. I was busy around the house and garden, doing all the little things that come with caring for an old home, when suddenly he called me to the living room.

He had moved the chairs himself, carefully set up the chess board, and created our own little evening together♟️❤️

Such a small moment… yet one I know I will remember forever

What touches me most about Wonderland is that this house seems to collect memories from everyone who passes through its doors. Laughter by the fire, long conversations, children playing, quiet mornings, celebrations, healing, reconnecting. Each stay leaves behind something invisible but deeply felt.

And somehow, with every season, the house feels warmer… softer… more alive. Almost as if it gently holds pieces of all the people who once called it home, even for a little while ✨
