🚪 "Life is full of doors. Be curious. Be brave. Open them." 🗝️✨
People often ask us why we chose Alice in Wonderland as the soul and spirit behind Wonderland Berwick.

The story began when we discovered that our 200-year-old home was originally built in the 1820s as a bustling ceramic pipe factory. Unearthing old ceramic pipes in the garden felt like finding the Hookah-Smoking Caterpillar's pipe hidden right beneath our feet. And knowing that Lewis Carroll lived and drew inspiration along this exact same coastline made the connection feel like destiny.

But beyond the history, the world of Alice represents a deeply personal philosophy that we live by every single day:

Life is filled with innumerable doors. Some are small, some are hidden, and others look intimidating—but behind every single one lies a new adventure, a fresh perspective, or a moment of wonder. All it takes is the curiosity to seek them out and the courage to step through.

🎩 Words to Live By:
"Curiouser and curiouser!" — Never lose your sense of wonder for the world around you.

"Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast!" — Dare to dream bigger than ordinary life allows.

"It's no use going back to yesterday, because I was a different person then." — Embrace growth, change, and new chapters.

When you step through the front door of Wonderland Berwick, we hope you leave the rush of the world outside, embrace your curious spirit, and open doors to cozy moments, laughter with loved ones, and unforgettable coastal memories.

Which door will you open next? 🗝️❤️
