New to Heron Lakes, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom lodge has beautiful views over the Trout Lake from every room. South West facing and benefiting from all day sun on the extensive 55’ foot wrap around terrace, the sunken four Hot Tub is the perfect place to relax. The deck has a 6 seat dining suite, together with a comfortable daybed for lounging around on lazy days. The Hot Tub is directly accessibl

e from the second bedroom or via any of the 3 other sets of double doors in the lodge, so there's no need to leave the lodge for a lovely warm dip. The Bolt Hole is in an enviable position within Heron Lakes, offering privacy and seclusion. At the end of a row of three lodges with a generous garden to the front and side and wood to the rear, with parking for 2 to 3 cars. Entry is via an entrance hall / utility room leading into the dining kitchen and living room. The dining area has seating for four people with views to the lake and the wood to the rear. The spacious lounge has both a two and three seater sofa, providing plenty of room for everyone to sit and relax. With a 55” smart TV, a feature flame fireplace and double doors on either side, opening directly onto the terrace. The adjacent open plan kitchen benefits from an American style fridge/freezer and halogen hob with electric oven, together with centre island doubling as a breakfast bar. The Master Bedroom has an en suite bathroom with walk in shower, a 43” smart TV, dressing table and double wardrobe, it has everything you need for a restful nights sleep. Waking up to wonderful views of the lake from the wall to wall windows and direct access to the terrace from the double doors, making it the perfect place for enjoying morning coffee. The second bedroom has amazing views of the lake, with direct access to the terrace via the double doors. It hosts a large double wardrobe with integral drawers and access via a hall to the second bathroom with a full size bath and shower over. We promised everyone an update on our precious Swan family. Well, she hasn't left the nest for a while which hopefully indicates that she's nurturing some eggs, whilst dad keeps a careful watch over her.
