The Moorings Cosy family cottage in the heart of Instow, North Devon Lane End is a much loved family cottage in the heart of Instow. Chest of Drawers.

Walking distance to the beach, award-winning deli, 3 pubs, 2 restaurants and the Tarka Trail.

- Entrance with hallway and coat hooks.
- Small under-stairs cupboard with surf boards, pawning nets and beach items. Please feel free to use anything you find there, but please replace anything that get's broken or lost!
- Off to the right is a spacious sitting room. Comfortable double sofa & chair wit

h TV and games. Dining table + 4 chairs.
- Door out to the self-contained pretty patio with pots (please water) and small table with 2 chairs.
- The hallway opens into a cottage kitchen. Working Rayburn (gas) and separate electric oven and 2 gas hob. Sink, washing/drier, fridge (with small freezer compartment). There is a small larder at the end of the kitchen for holding supplies.
- Upstairs to landing with night storage heater, airing cupboard for hot water tank and immersion heather.
- Bedroom 1: spacious south facing double bedroom. Two fitted wardrobes, chair, table, mirror.
- Bathroom: with full-size bath, overhead shower (electric), WC, hand-basin & heated towel rail.
- Bedroom 2: Bunk beds, hand-basin, window.
- Leading through to Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, with window over looking the patio.

“We had a very relaxing few days at The Moorings, the cottage is compact but cosy with everything you need. The weather was particularly cold but the storage heaters, gas fire and Rayburn kept it very warm.
The bed and sofa’s were comfortable and the hot water bottles a nice touch!
The beautiful beach is a minutes walk away as are the Boathouse and Instow Arms , both highly recommended and dog friendly.
We were able to park outside to unload ( a very friendly traffic warden told us not to rush!) and then managed to park along the front ( free and unlimited from 1st Oct- 30th Apr).
Natasha was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend and I’m sure we will return”

This cottage was exactly what we were looking for, for a few days away!
Gorgeous little cottage, minutes walk to the beach!
Great sized bedrooms and bathroom, lovely and clean.
Would definitely return!

A few dates available for the rest of the year if anyone is looking for a mini-break and some fresh sea air.

"We've just had an amazing stay, the cottage is far better than we anticipated, rooms seem larger than the photos show, beds were so comfy, there was everything we needed and far more, host was fantastic and we are already planning to return for another stay, love Instow, fantastic location...thank you!!
