An incredible journey — walked both ways!

Walking the South West Coast Path from start to finish is a monumental achievement. But Bruce, visiting from Australia, took it even further — completing the entire 630-mile trail twice over a couple of years. That’s 1,260 miles of cliffs, coves, countryside, and coastline!

One of our lovely walking families took on the South West Coast Path from Padstow to Marazion in July, with their 8 year old daughter joining them for the adventure.

It’s a brilliant example of how children, depending on their confidence and determination, can absolutely enjoy taking on sections of the SWCP too.

We tailored their itinerary specifically for the family, making the daily mileage more manageable so they could enjoy the walking without it becoming too much for their daughter. It was all about finding the right pace and making sure there was plenty of time to enjoy the incredible scenery along the way.

Paul has walked the South West Coast Path not once, but twice.
