I choose client resorts & hotels carefully, either by thorough research or by previous knowledge. But that doesn’t always mean it goes perfectly...

These guys are in the Maldives, although they are enjoying it, there have been some niggles...they messaged me yesterday with those niggles (that they had flagged to their rep).

I got straight onto the hotel, and the resort manager paid guests a visit and issues are being worked through.

I can’t promise miracles, but I can promise care, personal service and doing my utmost to get issues resolved quickly, so you can go back to enjoying your holiday!

3 lucky families headed off on their adventures yesterday!!

Family G - Dalaman Turkey
Off to Dalaman, to a fabulous 5* resort with 10 swimming pools, with brilliant kids & teen clubs

Family B - Maldives
This couple celebrating a big birthday, due to fly to the Maldives in March via the UAE. We rerouted via Istanbul and they flew yesterday. They will be staying in an adults only part of a brilliant 5* resort, split stay with some of their time in a beach villa and some in a water villa!

Family B - Omis, Croatia
These guys are in Croatia at a beautiful villa in Omis, Croatia, close to the resort centre, we arranged transfers as they don't need car hire here, just 100m from the beach. This villa also has a media room, hot tub & sauna!!
