A very big and heartfelt thank you to all of our wonderful ISM guides who joined us for the Arc’teryx Academy this weekend.
The amount of hard work, care, knowledge and energy that goes on at the academy never goes unnoticed! From the early starts and long days to constant encouragement, coaching and looking after people both on and off the crag, you have helped us to create an environment where everyone felt supported, included and able to push themselves.
Thank you for the patience, positivity and genuine passion for climbing that you all bring which helps us to create something far bigger than just a climbing event! Over the last three days there has been such a strong sense of family, community… and shared stoke!
People cheering each other on, celebrating wins together, supporting each other through challenges and forming connections that will last far beyond the weekend itself.
That kind of environment doesn’t happen by accident… it comes from the culture and atmosphere that the guides and organisers create through all the hard work behind the scenes 🫶
Also a special thank you to our director Adrian, who works tirelessly alongside the Arc’teryx team in the months leading up to the academy to make sure it’s such a success every year.
The dedication, organisation and care that goes into making it all happen is incredible, and it’s hugely appreciated by all of us and everyone lucky enough to be part of it!
