Another shop not to be missed is Lincoln Eco Pantry.

If you love the idea of cooking without the waste, and saving the planet, this is one to add to your Lincoln itinerary.

The concept is beautifully simple: buy exactly what you need, in measured amounts, so there’s no waste. It’s perfect for a short stay when you only need a spoonful of this or a handful of that, and Bailgate is a lovely spot for a wander and a coffee while you’re there. ☕🛍️

They also do delicious coffee and have a gorgeous winter warmer menu with red and white mulled w**e - freshly made to order! 😋
