Falco’s Van has over 20 years of character (we’re calling it rustic charm, not old 😉) and is tucked away in the lovely seaside village of Chapel St Leonards. Sited at Golden palm resort.

What we don’t have:
❌ Hot tub
❌ Private parking space

What we DO have:
✅ A cosy, homely feel that actually lets you relax
✅ Fresh décor, double glazing & underfloor insulation (so no shivering in your pyjamas 🥶➡️😌)
✅ A friendly gang of ducks who will greet you most mornings like you’re royalty 🦆👑
✅ Everything you need for a proper seaside break without the hefty price tag
