When WTM and Invoyage Masters collide in London

Always lovely when our industry brings good friends together!

Last night we enjoyed a wonderful dinner with some of our DMC partners and friends in town.

Edil from Montenegro Concierge and Adam from Access Morocco had both been at inVoyage Masters, while Alican from MEP Turkiye and Bouchaib from Access Morocco are here for WTM.

We were also delighted to have Natalie from the Kerzner group Global and Bruna from The Chedi Luštica Bay Montenegro join our table.

Great conversations, sharing ideas, plenty of laughs and of course, a little industry gossip.

It’s moments like these that make our industry so special.

Mundus in Amsterdam
An Evening to Remember!

Another fantastic day discovering everything the Dutch capital has to offer.

From the impressive Beurs van Berlage and stunning hotels to unique venues and brilliant activities, including putting our detective skills to the test in a Sherlock escape room, Amsterdam certainly knows how to inspire creative event planners!

But the highlight of our Netherlands trip, and the main reason for bringing us all together, was last night.

A group of nine of us took over the incredible Sugar Factory for a very special dinner. Curated by the wonderful Hete Peper Catering, what followed was an experience that will stay with us for a lifetime.

Just last week, this spectacular venue welcomed 5,000 partygoers. Last night, it was transformed into the most intimate and atmospheric setting for our little group. A truly magical evening and a wonderful reminder of the power of creating memorable experiences.

A huge thank you to Next Level DMC for making us part of such a special evening and for showing us Amsterdam through your eyes.

Mundus in Amsterdam!

We’ve arrived in the Dutch capital, ready to spend some quality time with our fantastic DMC partners, Next Level DMC.

Travelling in style via Eurostar, we kicked things off with an incredible experience at the Virtual Museum..
Wow… just wow! A truly immersive experience and something a little different and a great introduction into Amsterdam’s rich history.

We also squeezed in a visit to Pomp station, a fantastic venue with great potential for groups, before rounding off the day with a wonderful dinner at The Orchid House with a great catch up with Mandy & Jeroen.

A brilliant start to our time in the Netherlands. Stay tuned for more.

Mundus in the Balkans

A summer of Adriatic discoveries!

We were fortunate to spend time this summer visiting all three of our wonderful Adriatic partners, exploring first-hand why the Balkans are such a fantastic choice for MICE events.

From Croatia, discovering Split, Šibenik, the beautiful islands of Hvar and Korčula, and the timeless magic of Dubrovnik, alongside our fantastic partners at Marber DMC.

To Montenegro, where Montenegro Concierge introduced us to exciting new hotels, including the recently re-opened Sveti Stefan, Quince, Swissotel and Mövenpick, as well as taking us north to discover wonderful activities, stunning scenery and of course, some delicious local w**es.

And then Albania, where Fine Travel Albania showed us a destination full of surprises. From gourmet Tirana and dreamy Durrës to the spectacular Ionian coastline in the south, Albania really does have something special to offer.

Three fascinating destinations, three incredible partners and so many inspiring possibilities for meetings, incentives and events.

TIME TO FALL BACK… THE UK MOVES TO WINTERTIME!

As we say goodbye to lighter evenings and welcome cosy nights in, this weekend the UK turns the clocks back one hour.

But what does that mean for keeping in touch with our wonderful destinations around the world?

From Sunday 25 October, here’s how the time differences will look:

Same time – Morocco
+2 hours – South Africa
+3 hours – Türkiye
+4 hours – UAE & Oman
-3 hours – Argentina & Chile
-5 hours – Mexico

Our European destinations will also move to wintertime, changing their clocks in line with the UK.

And while we’re reaching for our scarves, winter coats and hot chocolate, many of our partners across the globe are enjoying warmer days, blue skies and sunshine!

Think incentive adventures in Cape Town, inspiring meetings in Dubai, unforgettable experiences in Türkiye - adventure in Argentina or dinners overlooking the beaches of Mexico.

Different seasons, different time zones, but one thing never changes… the world is full of wonderful possibilities for your next event!

Mundus at Brighter – Building Deeper Connections!

Last night we had the absolute pleasure of spending a wonderful evening with the fabulous events team at Brighter in London!

There is nothing quite like catching up face to face, sharing ideas, hearing about exciting future plans and simply enjoying great company.

It was so lovely to see everyone, reconnect and hear about all the exciting things happening at Brighter.

A huge thank you to the entire team for the warm welcome and kind invitation. We really appreciated it and thoroughly enjoyed spending time with you all and updating you on exciting programs and opportunities.

Rotterdam webinar.

What a fantastic morning showcasing Rotterdam to 55 UK event professionals and sharing why this dynamic Dutch city is such a great fit for creative event planners.

As the Netherlands’ second-largest city, Rotterdam is wonderfully accessible, with connections from multiple UK airports and Eurostar making it an easy choice for meetings, incentives, conferences and events.

Together with our friends at Hosmark Hotels, Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre, Rotterdam Partners and Next Level DMC, we brought the destination to life and explored just how much it has to offer.

From impressive conference and breakout facilities to panoramic views from the Euromast, exploring the city centre and discovering Rotterdam from the water by water taxi – the possibilities are as diverse as the city itself.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us this morning, and to our wonderful partners for helping us showcase Rotterdam’s energy, creativity and outstanding MICE potential.

Rotterdam certainly has a story to tell – and we hope we’ve inspired a few more UK event planners to discover it for themselves!
Fun fact - Rotterdam has a 3 story floating cow farm - it’s also the city where I studied and made my only bungy jump ( long time ago)

Mundus in Montenegro

Discovering the North!

Just when we thought Montenegro couldn’t surprise us any more… we headed north!

We’ve spent the last day and a half discovering a completely different side of this magnificent country — and what an exciting opportunity for creative event planners!

Leaving Podgorica, our first stop was the extraordinary Šipčanik W**e Cellar, housed in a former 356-metre-long military aircraft hangar, with a capacity of up to 17 million litres of w**e. Just imagine the party you could host in this venue.

Continuing north to Kolašin, we discovered a region fast becoming one of Europe’s most exciting emerging winter incentive destinations.

With around 60 kilometres of ski runs, ambitious expansion plans, exciting new hotels and Podgorica Airport only 90 minutes away, the potential for winter incentives and corporate retreats is enormous!

But there’s so much more than skiing!

From traditional eco-villages and authentic cooking experiences, water rafting - folklore games to horseback riding through breathtaking mountain scenery, this region offers endless opportunities for memorable group activities.

We also explored the local golf course and visited some impressive hotels, including Swissôtel, Wulfenia, Pullman and the spectacular eco Dukley mountain estate, before heading back to the Adriatic coast.

Our home for the final two nights is the beautiful Quince, a Rare Finds hotel by Kerzner, in Porto Montenegro.

And that’s the magic of Montenegro!

Mediterranean sunshine, luxury coastal resorts, mountain adventures, winter sports and authentic cultural experiences — all within one compact destination!
