Step inside the **Palace of the Grand Master in Rhodes**… where every stone seems to hide a secret.

Built as a mighty fortress by the Knights of St. John, the palace has watched over Rhodes for centuries. ⚔️ Once damaged by an explosion, it later rose again—filled with grand halls, ancient mosaics and mysterious passageways.

Walking through its gates feels like entering another world… one of knights, legends and forgotten stories. 🗝️🌙

🐚✨ A little seashell treasure shop… on a boat! ⛵💙

Found this beautiful floating seashell shop in Rhodes, Greece 🇬🇷🌊 Full of coastal treasures, island vibes, and Mediterranean charm. Definitely one of those unique little finds that makes exploring Rhodes so special. ☀️🐚

Marmaris is usually the most popular choice, but I decided to stay in Icmeler instead — and I’m so glad I did! 🌊☀️

Icmeler has a more relaxed and peaceful feel, with beautiful scenery, a lovely beach and plenty of restaurants and places to explore. And the best part is that Marmaris is still incredibly easy to reach.

You can hop on a water taxi, take a local bus, or even walk there along the beautiful scenic coastal pathway connecting Icmeler and Marmaris. 🚤🚌🚶‍♀️ The walk itself is a lovely way to enjoy the coastline and views.

Most excursions, including many boat trips, leave from Marmaris, but that really isn’t a problem when staying in Icmeler. Most trips include hotel pick-up from Icmeler, and it’s only a very short drive to Marmaris anyway.

For me, Icmeler gives you the best of both worlds — a quieter, more chilled place to stay while still having Marmaris and all its activities right on your doorstep. 🇹🇷✨
